Possibly Russian, early 19th century
Having three circular tiers, each inset with a blue glass panel and supporting a frame cresting in leafage sprays and scrolling candle arms, the whole hung with pendants of rows of beads. Height 52 inches (1.32 m), diameter 38 inches (97 cm).
