Pair of German Neoclassical Brass Inlaid Mahogany and Parcel Gilt Consoles
Early 19th century
Each white molded edge demilune marble top above a frieze, raised on lion head and leaf carved cabriole legs joined by an X-form stretcher with central urn finial and ending in paw feet. Height 29 1/2 inches (75 cm), width 33 inches (84 cm), depth 16 inches (40.5 cm).
