Hand-colored engraving and aquatint by R. Havell, plate CC from The Birds of America, with J. Whatman Turkey Mill 1834 watermark, pale lightstain, scattered foxing and other discoloration, handling creases, a horizontal soft crease extending through 1/2 of bottom margin, a horizontal printer's crease in the top margin, a few nicks and tears at sheet edges (largest tear 1/2 inch), bottom sheet edge folded in 1/4 inch (with some splitting), otherwise in good condition, with wide margins, framed.
