Dirty varnish. Stretcher marks visible. Craquelure scattered throughout. Horizontal dent 6 3/4" in length, 5"-6" from upper edge, centrally located, with paint flaking and tiny losses. Under UV light, reddish-brown pigments fluoresce darker than other areas, but are probably original pigment. 1/4" dent in table cloth at lower center. Tiny specks of unidentified white residue in lower portion. Several pinhole-size spots of paint flaking scattered throughout.
