Frame rubbing. Could use a light clean. 1/4'' area of slightly uplifted paint at the bottom center edge. Panel s slightly cracked just above the saint's book. Few scattered abrasions and discolorations throughout.
Heavy masking varnish; makes detection of restoration difficult under UV light (though there do appear to be some areas within the face and in the center of the sain's garment).
