Frame rubbing. Heavy scattered cracquelure on both works. Scattered losses throughout (though there are more significant losses on "The Chase" These losses include a 1/4 inch area in the sky, 1/4 inch area at right center edge with heavy flaking and another 1/4 inch at bottom edge).
Dirty varnish. Scattered spots/discoloration in the sky in both works. Old and new restoration throughout; condition commensurate with age. Overall fair condition.
