. Boston: Samuel Kneeland and Timothy Green, 1742. First edition. Contemporary panelled calf. 11 3/4 x 7 1/2 inches (30 x 20 cm); [2], 333 pp. Collation by signatures: A-2T^(4). Bound with a portion of a table at front and an act at rear. Stains, the seals excised from first two text leaves resulting in loss of text, signatures of Samuel Luce to pastedown, tears into a few leaves, the boards detached and with losses, sold with all faults.
This works reprints session laws passed between 1692 and May 1742. The work was issued with the colonial charter which is not present here. Evans 5003.
