The upholstered arched backrest and sides centered by a loose-cushioned seat, raised on tapering fluted legs headed by paterae and ending in brass toes. Height 36 3/4 inches (93.3 cm), width 6 feet (1.82 m), depth 32 inches (81.2 cm).

Fair condition, later painted decoration, old marks and scratches, rubbing and chips to painted surface, once fitted with casters - brass housings still present, one housing broken off but present, legs possibly reduced in height, one back legs broken and in need of reattachment, one side seat rail reinforced, later corner blocks, losses to upholstery.
