One a later copy, each galleried hexagonal shelf raised on a branch and tree trunk-form support carved with flowers and fruits continuing to a leaf-carved scrolling tripod base. Height 51 inches (1.29 m), width 18 inches (45.7 cm).

One torchère 18th century, tripod base screwed into trunk from stem; losses to later gilding throughout; shelf warped; cracks to gallery; some carved elements lacking, some replaced; scruffs to feet; 20th century torchère slightly thicker, also with losses to gilding, scruffs to feet.
