Continental Giltwood Marble Top Table
Late 18th century
The rectangular top above a frieze carved with a central panel of flower-filled vase flanked by ribbons and swags, the sides similarly carved, raised on stop-fluted tapering legs joined by shaped stretchers centered by a swagged urn finial. Height 33 inches (83.8 cm), width 26 1/2 inches (67.4 cm), depth 18 inches (45.7 cm).

Later marble top with break at center from front to back, overall good restored condition with losses and chips to gilding, restorations to tops of legs, separation to join of stretcher, finial glued but in need of rotation as swag to urn at back, restorations to feet.
