The works by Joseph Jennings, London, the arched brass dial with silvered chapter ring and strike/silent dial above, with mock pendulum and date aperture to the matte center, the two-train chain fusee movement with verge escapement and pull repeat mechanism, the well-engraved backplate signed Joseph Jennings / London; the case with carrying handle and pine cone finials to the caddy top, raised on brass bracket feet. Height 22 inches (55.9 cm).
