Publisher's white vellum gilt in slipcase of issue. 10 1/4 x 7 1/2 inches (26 x 19 cm); 223, [1] pp.; 12 color plates and 25 text illustrations. Spine spotted, a bit wrinkled, toned, the slipcase complete but with defects, very minor foxing toning to beginning and end of book.
