London: George G. Harrap & Co., 1932. First Rackham edition, deluxe issue, number 198 of 525 copies, signed by Rackham. Publisher's full vellum gilt, top edge gilt, publisher's card slipcase. 10 1/4 x 8 inches; 288 pp.; 12 full-page color plates and 59 delightful in-text line cuts, decorative title page printed in red and black, half-title, limitation page. Minor cover soil, a generally a clean copy, some foxing to the gutter of the recto of the first plate. Slipcase with upper panel detached but present.
