Bohemian Art Nouveau Patinated Metal and Art Glass Table Lamp with Shade Attributed to Pallme-Konig
Circa 1910
The domed shade in opalescent glass, decorated at the top with a concentration of marvered lime green colored green spots and cobalt colored trailings, iridized, loosely mounted on an organic flower-form base issuing a central upright leaf flanked by offshoots supporting a ring-shape mount inset with "peacock" glass eyes, shade and base unsigned, Height 21 1/4 inches; height of shade 5 inches, diameter 9 1/4 inches.

Base: appears to be in generally good condition; each of the eight individual glass "eyes" that are mounted within the ring mount appear to be in good, undamaged condition (as do the two additional glass "eyes" that are mounted at the bottom area of the base); currently wired; wiring is later; should be re-wired (plug that goes into the wall is not properly grounded or protected, i.e., currently has black duct tape); one light socket with on/off switch; not tested
