Russian Bronze Model of a Tatar Water Carrier
Cast by Chopin after the model by Evgeny Lanceray
On a naturalistic oval base, the figure traditionally dressed and standing beside a horse loaded with vessels of water, the base also with F.P. Sanson Foundry, Hamburg, pastille. Length 7 1/4 inches (18.4 cm.).
