KISSINGER, HENRY Typed letter signed to David K.E. Bruce, first United States emissary to the People's Republic of China.
Washington: 3 November 1973. One page typed letter signed "Henry Kissinger" on one sheet of his Secretary of State stationery with embossed seal, the letter addressed to David K.E. Bruce at Peking, with some original docketing at upper right visible area 10 x 8 inches (25 x 19 cm); framed. Fine, unexamined out of frame.

Here Kissinger shares with Bruce a transcript of his recent wrap up on his trip to Moscow and emphasizes the importance of keeping senior Foreign Service officials informed. Kissinger also suggests Bruce share the transcripts with associates close to the Middle Eastern crisis.
