New York: G.W. Dillingham, [1904]. First edition, first state with the wrappers on textured stock, without the J. Little imprint at rear. Publisher's wrappers, saddle-stitched. 11 x 8 1/2 inches (28 x 21.5 cm); wrappers, 12 pp., illustrated in color by Denslow throughout. Slight dust-soiling to covers, minor wear, but in all a very well preserved example, and scarce thus.
