Each shell-carved serpentine toprail above a pierced back, drop-in seat and shaped arms, raised on acanthus-carved cabriole legs ending in claw feet; each back left leg stamped 'BUTLER / DUBLIN'. Height 39 3/4 inches (100.9 cm), width over armrests 23 1/2 inches (59.6 cm), depth of seat 17 inches (43.8 cm).
