Vellum paper spine and corners with blue paper boards, gilt. 9 3/4 x 6 1/4 inches (24.5 x 15.5 cm); [2], xvi, 436 pp., frontispiece, plates, folded maps. An exceptional copy in the blue cardboard box and glassine of issue, with nominal wear (some toning to the card of the box), and scarce thus.
