Rectangular, enclosing a later photograph of Grand Duchess Maria Pavlovna (1854-1920), with a rocaille cast aperture surmounted by a Russian Imperial crown. Height 15 1/2 inches (39.4 cm.), width 12 1/2 inches (31.8 cm).
