A worn cloth album with about 50 mounted English bookplates, 9 x 7 inches (23 x 18), the album worn with sheets detached; Together with a framed display of bookplates. A framed display with of 9 bookplates reportedly collected by David Douglas Wiepert, President of the White Star Line, ca. 1910-1935, includes later restrikes of George Washington's and others of American figures or with names similar to American figures (for example a bookplate from "John Adam's Library." Not examined out of frame, the lot sold as is. The lot 1 frame and 1 book.
