Publisher's original cloth, gilt, in black card slipcase with printed paper label. 6 3/8 x 4 5/8 inches (16.25 x 12 cm); 144 pp. Slight bow to front board, a few faint stains to rare board, case with small spots of wear at corners, altogether a very good copy.
