London: Leonard Smithers, 1898. First edition, one of 800 copies on hand-made paper (and 30 on Japan vellum). Mustard cloth covers, cream cloth spine. 8 3/4 x 5 1/4 inches (22 x 13 cm); (iv), 32 ff. Backstrip soiled and darkened, boards soiled with several small adhesions to the front cover, internally some very minor toning; together with [idem.] Salome. London and Boston: Elkin Mathews/Copeland & Day, 1894. First English edition, one of 500 copies. Original gilt decorated blue canvas. 8 x 5 3/4 inches (21 x 15 cm); 6 ff., 68 pp., with the Beardsley plates, plus the 16 pp. Mathews and Lane catalogue at rear. Lacking most of the spine, the boards heavily worn, internally generally a clean copy.
