Additional Notes & Condition Report

Garden Pot: appears to be in generally good condition; presents well; there has been clever professional restoration to parts of the bottom area, including the cobalt band at the bottom on the exterior; some parts of the cloud motifs near the base fluoresce under blacklight examination; the underside of the pot and the interior side of the pot at the base have been sprayed; there is a somewhat visible vertical hairline to the body when viewed on the interior side, approx. 3 in., however, it does not show to the exterior side; typical uniform crazing to the glaze where it has not been sprayed; inner diameter 12 1/2 in.; examined under blacklight

Stand: presents well; clever professional restoration; has been fully sprayed (top side, side of body and the underside; thereby making it difficult/impossible to ascertain what restoration was previously undertaken; some of the overspray on the top side is now flaking and shows wear; examined under blacklight
