Josiah Wedgwood & Sons Majolica Argenta 'Shell and Seaweed' Five-Pocket Oyster Tray

Impressed uppercase mark and pattern no. M2947
The small central well surround by five large shells in high-relief, each molded with a spray of seaweed, the lobed border as white-capped ocean waves raised on four crescent feet. Diameter 9 1/4 inches.
