London: Adam & Charles Black, [1903]. Limited deluxe edition, no. 142 of 250 copies, signed by the author. Publisher's decorative cloth gilt, top edge gilt. 10 1/2 x 8 inches; xiii, 274 pp.; color frontispiece and plates with printed tissue guards, in-text illustrations, half-title, limitation page. Light wear to extremities, cloth a bit rubbed and scuffed, front hinge a bit overopened.
Inscribed to the front pastedown: "William M. McInnes / from Ida O. Folsom." William M. McInnes served as the executor of Ida O. Folsom's will. Her library was sold "by Order of the Executor William M. McInnes" through the American Art Association and Anderson Galleries in 1932.
