Shinto Higo Katana Attributed to Nidai Kuniyasu
Shinogi-zukuri, 71 cm (2 shaku, 3 sun, 6 bu) with bo-hi on either side; koitame hada; choji midare hamon in nie and nioi with ara-nie and some sunagashi in the monouchi; kaen boshi; suriage nakago with three mekugi-ana, katana-mei Higo (no) Kami Kuniyasu. Roiro saya; plain copper nadekakumarugata tsuba, mumei, 7.1 cm; shakudo and gilt feather menuki; Mino Goto shakudo nanako fuchi-kashira with flowers and curtains, unsigned; shakudo nanako kurakata with a festival drum.
