Of silk ottoman, princess line front with angled seaming, round collar, melon sleeves, the skirt flaring outward in front and falling full at back from gathered waist, curved quarter belt, arc seaming on bodice back, size 4, labeled: Made By William N. Popper For Lord & Taylor.
Very good condition, white surface residue on skirt.
