Rhodocrosite with Calcite
Cavnic Mine, Maramares County, Romania. Eye pleasing pale pink botryoidal growth with masses of pink rosettes on banded rhodocrosite with some quartz. The perched calcite is doubly terminated with white crystals, very clean and virtually free of damage. Very sweet cabinet specimen. Approximately 3.3 by 5 by 2.5 cm.
