The Life of Richard Nash of Bath. London: Newberry, 1762. First edition with B3 and C4 unsigned, incorrect catchwords at p. 189 and 224. Early calf, the spine tooled and lettered in gilt with raised bands, all edges gilt. 8 x 4 3/4 inches (20.5 x 12.5 cm); portrait, vi, 234 pp., without ads. Cover nearly detached and other light wear to binding, generally a clean copy; GOLDSMITH, OLIVER. Citizen of the World. London: Printed for the Author and Newberry, et al, 1762. First edition, second issue. Two volumes. Contemporary calf boards, rebacked with modern spines. 6 3/4 x 4 inches (17.5 x 10.5 cm); 286; 238 pp., contents at end, bound without blanks.
