. Lausanne: Gonin et Cie, (1930). From an edition of 140, this is copy 100. Two volumes, dark green morocco by Alix, covers patterned-paper panels surrounded by a single gilt fillet, top edges gilt, original wrappers bound in, slipcased. 12 x 9 1/2 inches (30.5 x 24.5 cm); 268, [4] pp.; 264, [4] pp., with 14 full-page plates and fifteen chapter headings and initials after Schmied's designs, printed in color wood-engraving by Philippe Gonin. A fine copy, though the suite of 15 additional plates found in many copies is not present.
As noted by Mauro Nasti, item B16, the suite was a slightly later addition.
