The hinged quarter-veneered and featherbanded rectangular top with outset rounded corners, opening to a baize-lined surface with candle recesses and counter wells, raised on lappet-carved cabriole legs and ending in pad feet. Height 29 inches (73.7 cm), width 36 inches (91.5 cm), depth 18 inches (45.8 cm).

With previous restorations, sundading, age cracks and replacements to veneers, age crack to center of top along line of construction underneath and now with later veneer and inpainting , right side with rectangular patch, old marks and scratches, lining to interior later, age cracks to candle recesses, brackets replaced, front feet pieced and probably original, back feet later pieced, minor wood worm damage
