Each mounted as a lamp, of flattened urn form, with molded figures in panels depicting Guanyin and attendants in a landscape on a turquoise ground. Height 23 inches (58.5 cm).

Not drilled for electricity, handles probably restored, apparent in at least three of the 'tails' and 'heads' one lid detachable and with hairline crack visible from underneath, interior with firing cracks, losses to gilt-metal base; the other with fixed lid, small irregularity to textured turquoise ground, wear and rubbing to enamel decoration and gilding, one with more substantail wear to figure's face; gilt-bronze mounts only to edges of lid and finials, height of vases and covers 18 inches.
