Three-quarters 20th century green morocco, marbled sides, emblematic spine. 8 x 5 inches; 1 f. list of cuts, verso with list of hooks, xxxii, 217, [1] pp.; hand-colored frontispiece and two other colored plates, folding map of the River Lea, map of the Thames, all other plates and cuts present as listed, and with 6 additional full-page engraved plates of fish opposite p. 300 (as often found). Neatly rebacked, some toning and foxing to the extra plates, generally a pretty copy.
