Original gilt stamped brown cloth, top edge gilt. 7 x 4 1/2 inches (18.5 x 12 cm); 61 pp. Spine tips lightly frayed, very slight lean, small spot to upper cover, the front hinge loose, bookplate removed from pastedown and a few minor stains including a faint mark to title and preface.
The first publication of this section of Finnegans Wake, signed by Joyce and with a preface by Padraic Colum. Slocum & Cahoon, A32.
