London: Bradbury & Evans, 1850. First edition in book form, with p. 132 corrected but most of the first issue points. Three-quarters brown polished calf gilt over marbled boards. 8 3/8 x 5 inches (21 x 13 cm); frontispiece, engraved title without date, and 38 plates by H.K. Browne, 624 pp., without half-title. Foxing throughout, the hinges cracked, with the bookplate of George Duckworth.
