New York: JMc & GHB Editions, 2007. First edition. Copy 1 of 50 special copies (after the 15 with a Roman-numbered examples with a photograph), signed by Barney. Publisher's blue cloth in slipcase, housed in a clamshell case. 9 1/2 x 6 3/4 inches (243 x 172 mm); 75, [1], text printed letterpress, plates. Fine; Together with the publisher's dummy and related notes, (including an AP press photograph of General Douglas MacArthur, on which the tableau of MacArthur in the book is based), and two versions of the sleeve which was to contain the photograph. Housed in clamshell case and chemise.
The design of the book was undertaken by the typographer Jerry Kelly, as was the letterpress.
