Casimir Goerck/John McComb/Ebert Banker - City Surveyors" above the text "This is to certify that this is an exact copy of the original plan in the possession of Mr. Lynch. Cas. Th. Goerck/a Copy." 17 x 21 inches (41 x 52 cm). The map is backed. A few spots and stains, dust soiling, tears.
