Publisher's printed paper-covered boards, in original glassine wrapper. 9 5/8 x 6 1/4 inches (24.25 x 15.5 cm); xiv, [1], 84 pp.; frontispiece, vignette title page, half-title, limitation page. Spine ends softened, light wear to corners, a few chips from glassine at spine and edges, otherwise fine.
