Classical Marble Top Mahogany and Gilt-Stencil Decorated Sideboard
Possibly Joseph Meeks, New York, circa 1825
The marble top above a frieze with three drawers with anthemion stenciled lower edges and side-mounted pull-out slides on marble columns with carved giltwood corinthian capitals and lower shelf with similar stenciling all on foliate carved paw feet. Height 47 inches, width 6 feet, depth 23 inches.
