Manuscript map in ink with some added wash. The title and street names in Georck's hand as is "Surveyed and laid out into Lots/New York March 10th 1794/By Casimir Th. Goerck/City Surveyor." 15 x 14 inches (38 x 36 cm). The map linen backed. Old damp stains, spotting, closed tears.
An original Casimir Goerck map showing the lots laid out near the Ludlow Farm belonging to Dr. Gardiner Jones, the street named for him later renamed "Great Jones Street."
