Restored condition, sunfading to top, shrinkage to veneers of top with some inpainting and 4" patch to one side, old marks and scratches, butterfly patches to underside, top probably once tilting and formerly with bearers as seen by hole plugs, now secured to base by steel cross braces tightened by brass pins, standard with age cracks and sunfading, two opposing lions' masks with repaired breaks, lions' masks with traces of black varnish, often found on Irish furniture, brass capped feet probably once fitted with casters.
