Finely bound in 1995 by Frank Silipino, Jr. in full black goatskin, the upper cover gilt lettered and stamped with leaf and water motifs, the spine with raised bands, all edges gilt, modern endpapers and pastedowns, housed in a matching slipcase. 9 x 6 1/2 inches. Plates after paintings by Sutton Palmer, folding map, 287 pp. Some faint spotting to the text, a very fine presentation overall.
