A partially printed document accomplished in manuscript and signed in ink on the verso by King Victor Emmanuel III of Italy and Benito Mussolini, with stamps dated through 7 May 1936, the document relating to military appointments, 14 1/2 x 9 1/2 inches (38 x 25 cm), rust from staples to left edge, pencil notations along the right, various stamps, acquired from Kotte Autographs.
