New York: 8 July 1791. Printed document accomplished in manuscript and signed at foot in ink "Geo. Clinton" as Governor, with a good example of the large encased wax seal hanging from an early or original cord, the document granting Stephen Wickham six hundred acres in the Township of Ovid in Montgomery County. 15 (including seal) x 16 1/2 inches (38 x 42 cm); nicely matted and framed. Usual folds, light spotting, slight smudge in signature, not removed from fame, an attractive presentation of a well preserved document.
